The reason of today’s outage

I received two emails at same time, the first one:

Hello,

Im writing to let you know that you have been causing alot of load on the
server that you are on and that we are going to move you to another
server that is less crowed Im the hope of improving your site and the
current servers that you are on performance. You will recieve an email
when the move it done.

The second one:

account by logging into your domain instead. This should not affect any of
your services, but should you notice any problems, please contact support
at support@dreamhost.com.

They don’t asked me nothing neither notice me before doing that!

All I can do now is say sorry to users…
